Do I need to have any yoga Nidra or meditation experience?
Nope. You don’t even need to be particularly “good” at being still (whatever that means). If you can find 10 minutes to listen in you'll e good.
Will materials be provided?
Yes! You’ll get your practices and a little explanation via emails to keep you gently accountable. No extra supplies needed. Just you and your ears.
If I don’t teach yoga (or own a business), can I still join?
Absolutely. This course is designed for all humans. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or simply breath-curious, there’s something here for you.
Are there any live components?
Nope. Everything is pre-recorded so you can go at your own pace. No schedule. No stress. Just small steps when you’re ready.
Can I share course content with others?
Please don’t share the course materials directly but you’re welcome to share what you learn in your own way. Use what inspires you. Make it your own. (And if you’re a teacher, your students will love that.)
