A Yoga and Pilates teacher, lifelong student, and chronic overthinker. I’ve spent the past decade helping people (and myself) find calm through small, science-backed practices that actually fit into real life. No incense required.

This course is a collection of what works: gentle, grounded, and designed for busy minds like yours. 

The best techniques don't have to be complicated. If you've been craving a breath of fresh air (but didn’t know how to name), this is your invitation.

It’s not about changing who you are. It’s about learning to breathe more like you again.

Let’s talk course work components

Do I need to have any pranayama or meditation experience?

Nope. You don’t even need to be particularly “good” at breathing (whatever that means). If you’ve got lungs and a bit of curiosity, you’re in.

Will materials be provided?

Yes! You’ll get a downloadable breath journaling guide, daily prompts and emails to keep you gently accountable. You'll get copies of everything for ever in the course portal. No extra supplies needed. Just you, your breath, and maybe a cup of tea.

If I don’t teach yoga (or own a business), can I still join?

Absolutely. This course is designed for humans first, teachers second. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or simply breath-curious, there’s something here for you.

Are there any live components?

Nope. Everything is pre-recorded so you can go at your own pace. No schedule. No stress. Just small steps when you’re ready.

Can I share course content with others?

Please don’t share the course materials directly but you’re welcome to share what you learn in your own way. Use what inspires you. Make it your own. (And if you’re a teacher, your students will love that.)
