Each season, we offer simple practices like Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, breathwork and gentle movement so that you can learn to support your nervous system, build self-trust, and recalibrate.

Here, the pace is gentle. We practise noticing what’s here, the way we notice the space between an inhale and an exhale. This work is about letting go without giving up. You don’t need to push ahead.

For years, I struggled to answer the question: Why did I come to yoga?

At first, it was all the usual reasons - fitness, curiosity, structure. Over time, I realised what kept me coming back wasn’t flexibility or discipline. It was that yoga helped me develop compassion in my relationship with myself. That’s what Yoga Nidra offers, too. Not more striving. Not another thing to master. Just a way to meet yourself where you are softly, honestly, and without pressure.
